Account Management

Frosch Rewards & Incentives will assign a dedicated, easy-to-work-with Account Manager to handle your account and support the program. Account Managers will assist in implementation, coordination and keep daily operations on track.

Account Managers remain with the account from pre-sales through entire project lifecycle. We hire account managers based on their experience with operations, customer service, reporting, analysis, communication skills, knowledge of recent changes in the industry, and familiarity with the incentive arena.
